WHY THIS SITE EXISTS

Simple materials can become something beautiful

Sometimes the most memorable decor begins with a surprisingly simple idea. A resin piece catching the light, a handmade suncatcher in a window, pressed botanicals preserved in a project, or a small decorative accent can completely change the feeling of a space.

Glow Studio DIY grew from a love of creative projects that combine color, texture, light, and thoughtful details. This is a place to explore ideas that feel inspiring and achievable, whether you are experimenting with a new material or looking for your next weekend project.

Here you’ll find DIY home decor, flowers and botanical crafts, resin, glass and crystal projects, seasonal ideas, and suncatchers and light crafts. Whether you are ready to make something or simply gathering inspiration, there is always another creative direction to explore.

THE PERSON BEHIND GLOW STUDIO DIY

Hi, I’m Victoria Hayes.

I’m the founder and DIY designer behind Glow Studio DIY. My creative interests center on resin art, glass and crystal decor, suncatchers, botanical details, and handmade home accessories that bring color, texture, and light into a space.

I believe a useful DIY post should help you understand what you are looking at, which materials matter, how the project comes together, and where you may want to make the design your own. Inspiration and step-by-step instruction are not always the same thing, and we aim to make that distinction clear.

My goal is simple: when you visit Glow Studio DIY, I hope you leave with an idea you genuinely want to make, a clearer sense of how to approach it, and a little more confidence to experiment creatively.

FROM CREATIVE IDEA TO FINISHED PROJECT

How we share DIY projects

01

Start with something worth sharing

A beautiful decor idea, an interesting material, a seasonal project, or a creative technique that gives someone a reason to make something of their own.

02

Explain the parts that matter

We aim to explain the materials, techniques, construction, and important steps while making it clear whether a post is a complete tutorial or creative inspiration.

03

Keep inspiration connected to the project

Color combinations, styling ideas, material variations, and creative alternatives belong here when they help you imagine how to make a project your own.

04

Make it easy to ask questions

DIY is personal and every project can raise different questions. If something is unclear or a link needs correcting, we welcome your questions and feedback.
