Materials
  • 1 package Sea glass pieces For the sails and body of your sailboat.
  • 1 piece Driftwood Choose a piece that represents the boat's hull.
  • 1 tube Strong adhesive To securely stick the elements.
  • 1 length Fishing line or twine For hanging the ornament.
  • 1 pair Scissors Necessary for cutting line or twine.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Select a sturdy piece of driftwood to form the hull of your sailboat and trim if needed.
  2. Position sea glass pieces on the driftwood to form the sails and body of the boat.
Assembly
  1. Use a hot glue gun to attach the sea glass to the driftwood securely.
  2. Allow the glue to set for several minutes.
  3. Cut a length of fishing line or twine and attach it to the top for hanging.

Notes

Be mindful of where you display your ornament, and clean any excess glue immediately for a polished appearance.
