Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by painting your wooden or metal hoop if desired. Allow it to dry completely.
  2. Use your adhesive to secure the holographic bat embellishments evenly around the hoop.
Assembly
  1. Cut lengths of fishing line to your desired lengths for the crystals.
  2. Tie the prisms onto the ends of the lines and attach the other ends to the hoop.
  3. Ensure everything is secured tightly and check the balance of your mobile.
