Ingredients
  

Materials Needed
  • 1 piece Clear acrylic disc Forms the transparent base.
  • 2-3 pieces Pressed flowers Choose flat, fully dried blooms.
  • 1 piece Crystal prism Adds sparkle and light reflection.
  • 1 tube Clear craft adhesive To attach flowers and prism.
  • 2 pieces Jump rings Used for connecting parts together.
  • 1 length Hanging cord To display your suncatcher.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare your workspace with a silicone mat or old newspaper.
  2. Gather materials and tools, ensuring they are easily reachable.
  3. Handle delicate pressed flowers carefully to prevent breakage.
  4. Clean the clear acrylic disc to remove fingerprints.
Creating the Suncatcher
  1. Arrange the pressed flowers on the clear acrylic disc until you are satisfied with the design.
  2. Use clear craft adhesive to carefully glue each flower in place.
  3. Allow the pressed flowers to dry completely, following the manufacturer’s instructions for drying time.
  4. Attach the crystal prism to the bottom of the acrylic disc using clear craft adhesive.
  5. Use jump rings to attach a length of hanging cord to the top of the acrylic disc.
  6. Hang the suncatcher in a sunny window to enjoy the displays of colors.

Notes

Make sure flowers are fully dried to avoid moisture affecting the adhesive. Experiment with different flower arrangements before gluing.
